We will work closely with you to create a customized training plan and provide the assistance you require to progress in a safe and effective manner.
Our coach hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Science (BPES) from the School of Physical Education, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, and are certified in Fitness Nutrition Specialist program from the American Council of Exercise (ACE). These qualifications ensure that our coaches are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide clients effectively.
Yes, a lot of our training regimens and coaching sessions are made to be completed at home with little to no equipment. We will design a customized exercise program based on your interests, equipment, and available space. Depending on your preference, we can customize the program to work out at home or in a gym.
If a client wishes to cancel their participation in training program, they are eligible for an 80% refund of the purchase price. Clients can request a refund through the designated channels provided on our website. Also, Please refer to our policy pages at the bottom of this page.
